We now offer Menu pricing which charges by the job not the hour. We have
no travel fees or overtime charges. We charge an $89.00 diagnosis fee.
This brings us to your location and we diagnose the problem. We will then
explain the problem to you and tell you the cost to fix the problem. If
you have us make the repair we will waive the $89.00 diagnosis fee.

In addition to our regular efficient service, we are now able to offer you
a routine maintenance arrangement called an Advantage Plan providing
PEACE of MIND. This comfortable partnership ensures that members' heating or air conditioning units are working efficiently and safely. We have 4
different Advantage Plans The Silver Advantage Plan covers your annual
maintenance tune-up plus a 15% discount on all repairs. Remember, a
regular tune-up :
